Yogini and Bambini Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is extremely effective in relieving discomforts of pregnancy, as well as strengthening the whole body - including areas specific to pregnancy such as the lower back and pelvic floor. It can also help reduce stress and facilitate relaxation.

Prenatal Yoga can greatly enhance a mother's confidence in her body and her body's innate ability to give birth. While working with you, Yogini and Bambini’s Lisa Feuer will help you find tools and comfort measures to aid you through your labor and delivery.

During our sessions, we will also take time to honor this special moment in your life, to acknowledge your partnership with your baby, and to deepen the connection you feel with your child.

In a private session, you will receive personalized instruction that is as unique as your needs and goals. The sessions can take place in your home, office, or in a yoga studio setting. Lisa will work with women in all stages of pregnancy and with any level of prior yoga experience - from the brand new beginner to the advanced practitioner. In the course of working together, she will answer your questions and provide one-on-one attention and care.

  • $65 for a single one hour session at your home or office
  • $300 for a package of five one hour sessions
